Private personal intelligence

Capture anything. Understand everything.

AIReflective helps you understand your own captured world. It turns voice memos, notes, conversations, and raw thoughts into private, usable memory—so context and patterns do not disappear with time.

For your own captured world. No teams, shared workspace, or surveillance.

Decisions and ideas

The context behind a choice, the question you are circling, and what changed your mind.

Family and life

Stories, conversations, milestones, and details worth keeping in their original context.

Creative work

Fragments, drafts, references, and ideas captured before they disappear.

Personal reflection

Journaling, therapy preparation, decisions, and the patterns you want to understand.

The problem

The useful parts of your life keep ending up in places that cannot remember each other.

We move through weeks full of ideas, family stories, decisions, problems, and tiny revelations. Then we lose the sequence. We remember the impression and forget the context that made it useful.

Both of the usual answers fail in opposite directions.

Ordinary capture tools

They preserve the moment and connect none of it. The recording, note, and idea remain isolated files you have to remember to find.

Ordinary AI chat

It understands the moment and forgets it by the next one. Every session starts over, so nothing accumulates and no pattern can form.

How it works

A capture becomes a source. A source becomes memory. Months later, that becomes a connection you can point at.

Four captures made months apart, and the thread that keeps running through them. Every connection keeps a link back to the source it came from, so a pattern is something you can check rather than something you have to believe.

March 4Told myself I would leave after the round closed. Wrote it down so I would stop renegotiating it.

May 19Argued about the commute again. Third time this spring, same forty minutes, same ending.

June 2Drafted the resignation in my head at 3am instead of sleeping. Did not send it.

August 11Turned down the promotion and felt relief, which was not the reaction I expected.

Surfaced from your own entries

Leaving has come up in four entries since March. Three of them sit within two days of a note about not sleeping.

  1. Capture
  2. Memory
  3. Connection
  4. Insight
Illustrative captures, not real user data.
Compounding value

Worth more in year two than in week one.

Nothing here gets less useful with age. The record of your captured world is the thing that makes the next connection possible, so the product you are using in month eighteen is the one you spent eighteen months building naturally.

  • Patterns over time

Recurring themes, people, projects, questions, and emotional weather over months — instead of whatever feels loudest today.

  • Memory with context

Return to the thought behind the thought. Find when an idea first appeared, what surrounded it, and how it changed.

  • Insight without pretending

The system can ask a useful question and surface a connection without claiming to diagnose you, direct you, or know you better than you know yourself.

  • A record you can audit

Every memory shows the capture it came from. Correct it, reject it, pause it, export it, or erase it whenever you want.

Privacy

Your captured world is not a dataset.

Personal recordings can contain the most private details of a life. Here is what actually happens to them—specific enough that you can hold us to it.

Where it lives

Captures, memories, and profile summaries live in Firestore, encrypted at rest. Every read is filtered server-side by your verified account; database rules reject cross-account access as a second line, and integration tests actively try to break it on every collection.

What we never log

Message text, memories, titles, names, and transcripts never appear in application logs, metrics, or error reports. Operational logs hold request IDs, timings, and error codes for 30 days, and there are no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the product.

Voice by default is transient

Voice is transcribed and the raw audio is discarded. Recordings are kept only if you explicitly turn on the Audio Archive before recording, and then they stay private, downloadable, and deletable by you.

Export, on demand

A full export is generated on demand and streamed as one ZIP containing structured data, a checksum manifest, and any audio you chose to retain. No export archive is left sitting on the server afterwards.

Deletion that finishes

Deleting a single memory is immediate and permanent — the entry, its embedding, and its links go together. Deleting your account starts a seven-day recovery window, after which a purge job removes everything and a verification job checks that nothing is left behind.

No one is reading over your shoulder

Support cannot browse your private record. There is no standing operator access to content; production access requires a logged, time-bound, justified break-glass procedure, and troubleshooting otherwise depends on you sharing one conversation deliberately.

Your captured world is not a dataset

AIReflective does not use your captures to train AI models.

Two honest limits. Purged data can persist in encrypted database backups for up to seven more days before it is unrecoverable, and AIReflective runs on Google Cloud without a data-residency guarantee, so your data may be processed outside your region.

Why this exists

The important thought rarely arrives at a desk.

AIReflective came from wanting the thoughts between important conversations to stay useful: the idea that shows up in the car, the context behind a decision, the family story you do not want to lose, the problem you have described three different ways.

It is deliberately not a journal category, a meeting bot, or a system trying to run your life. The goal is to preserve enough context that you can understand the shape of your own captured world.

Private beta

You are already capturing pieces of your world. They should become more useful together.

The beta is small and hands-on. Bring a voice memo, a decision, a story, or the thing you have been circling for months.

One quiet moment.
