What to include
Tell us which app and device you are using, what you expected, what happened, and roughly when it happened. Include the app version shown in Settings when you can.
Keep private content private
Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, authentication tokens, or private recordings and notes. Support can begin with the account email and non-sensitive steps that reproduce the problem. We will ask clearly if a specific diagnostic detail would help.
Account and privacy controls
AIReflective Settings lets you refresh account access, prepare an export, pause new memory processing, and schedule account deletion. For details about how captured content is handled, read the privacy section.
